Reconnect Game Center
Leaderboards and Horizon Honors can catch up after you sign back into Game Center. Core play remains available while you are signed out.

Keep the journey intact
iCloud
If Main Journey progress is not appearing on another device
- Confirm both devices use the same Apple Account and that iCloud Drive is enabled.
- Connect both devices to the internet, open Merge Horizon, and leave it visible briefly so sync can finish.
- Do not delete the app while investigating. Keep the device with the best progress unchanged.
- If the views still differ, contact us with the app version, iOS or iPadOS version, affected world, and which device has the correct progress.
Game Center
If achievements or scores have not updated
- Open Settings → Game Center and confirm you are signed into the intended player account.
- Return to Merge Horizon and open Worlds → Records → Achievements.
- Keep the app online briefly. Eligible scores and achievement progress are queued and can report after service returns.
- Remember that each difficulty has its own Tour Score leaderboard.
Sound
If the game is quiet
- Raise media volume and turn off Silent Mode if you want game audio.
- Tap Pause in Merge Horizon and turn Sound on.
- If another app is playing audio, pause it and reopen Merge Horizon.
Accessibility
Comfort and motion
Merge Horizon follows the system Reduce Motion setting for major celebrations and supports VoiceOver labels across its primary flows. If something is difficult to read or operate, tell us the screen and your accessibility settings so we can investigate it precisely.
